I'm debating on who is better, Sakuya or Youmu. This is in terms of looks, personality, power, basically overall. So I was wondering, what do you think /jp/?

Honestly, I never really cared about either of them until the past year or two.

Now, I enjoy them both. But if I had to pick, it would be Youmu. I could go into a variety of reasons why I like her more, but I'll go with the simplest one. The pitter patter of her running in IaMP was just so darm moe~

I main BOTH of these in SWR but I can't actually say they are my favourite characters. I find Sakuya dull most the time, her character is most enjoyed when she is being cold, murderous and loyal to her master but she's only really enjoyable as part of a servant/master package.

Youmu is also a bit dull but instead of being the cold vicious head maid like Sakuya she has the unfortunate pleasure of being the fall girl. Serious, loyal and naive Youmu is the butt of many jokes and rarely fully understands her orders or situation. Damn good at fighting and will follow her masters orders to the end, but like Sakuya she's part of a servant/master package and loses much of her charm without it.

I'd say draw, they aren't bad characters as such as there are more interesting characters. They compliment their masters perfectly and their masters complete them. They both look pretty good with nice fitting outfits that stand out (within the setting at least) and are pretty strong for their servant roles.
