If it server run:
a) it is wrong without proper announcement and transparency because you dont want mods doing whatever they want. If I was going to a con or some other public space I'd have no problem with meeting anons at all. If you don’t mind giving me a tip: it’s a lot easier to break the ice even outside of the discord server by simply messaging people with something more creative than “Hi! How are you?”.

Example: “Hi! I really liked what you did X with your costume. It’s really cool you do that and achieve similarity with the character. How did you do Y? How can I get a kig with Z characteristics?”
