Unless you're in Singapore, probably just mail-order, maybe conventions.

Most merchandise for touhou is doujin-oriented, so outside of keychains, figs, and officially published spinoff games, most of it is produced without a foreign audience in mind.

What Touhou merch should I buy? I've saved up a lot of money because I've barely bought anything non-essential in the past couple of months.

I'm not a figure or a keychain guy, so those two alone eliminate a lot of possibilities.
