Spoiler only related to Kyou route.
I thought it was too far over the top in terms of how depressed he got. Also the route had far too much Ryou in it with much too little time devoted to Kyou. What is worse is that Ryou practically gets a whole other route to herself, fucking bitch. Kyou is a great character but she really got shafted in terms of routes.
