Oh yeah. Getting into Australia isn't actually particularly difficult, so long as you can get your hands on a visa. It's not as huge of a pain as trying to, say, get a visa towards permanncy in Japan for example. That said, I'd say the ones with really bad English, if not on work visas, either got here via student visas or spousal visas.
This being a vtuber thread though, does Haato really intend to stay in Australia? I'm just trying to wonder how well the logistics of being a Japanese vtuber would work out, since eventually the time differences would make things a hassle - especially when Daylight Savings are active, for collabs with the other Hololive members.
Having said all that, her English is at least pretty good. It may not sound like it to some people, but from my experience in UNSW (I read that she's a uni student there), there are a lot of students with significantly worse English to the point where I sometimes wonder how they can even do any assignment, written or spoken. I'd say that the fact that we're so multicultural makes it easier for these sort of people to survive fairly well since they find similar cultural groups to hang around with.
