Not that hard. That's why it's almost impossible to post on a phone in most places.

Now, how hard is it to rangeban a poster who utilizes hacked IoT devices in order to make posts, so that when they make a new post, they're coming from any house in the developed world?

And what if they intentionally never post the exact same content, so that metadata and post filters don't exactly work?

To be fair there the question OP asked was solved in like a dozen posts, so it's not like theres any other point to this thread. Plus it'll get bumped in a few hours, then 7 or so hours after that, then another 5-8 hours after that, so on and so forth. There's at least 5 threads on the board that for all intents and purposes should have been archived days ago and thats lowballing it, but won't because of that autist. Jannies just refuse to actively talk to higher ups for whatever reason and put in effort to get a rangeban thrown out, did you see how long it took for that one specific metadata of an image of that one idol or seiyuu or whatever to get banned? It was spammed as its own thread multiple times a day, deleted in anywhere from three minutes to three hours, and it kept happening over the course of at least a month but likely way, way more since I only noticed it happening in February or March.

Even if its difficult to get a rangeban or something like that going it's worth the day of effort for the betterment of the board, but I'm sure anon already knows how much higher ups care about that.

More Nips use 4chan over 2chan. 2chan is a ghost town. The only solution to improving traffic to 2chan would be to reinstate the ban that prevented Japanese IPs from posting on 4chan entirely. In the early days, they added nothing to the site, now they're all in /int/ or lurking other boards.
