My NEETdom lasted 4.5 years. I will always treasure that time in my heart. It was wonderful.

I'm having fun at school now, but I sure have to study a lot. It's basically replaced my music making/drawing/fapping free time.

Still, it was good enough to have a demo of what's a NEET life, and I loved it. My powerlevel was way too low on that first year I spent having nothing to do, so I couldn't enjoy it as much as I enjoyed this last one.

Share market is closed to rock bottom now. Also property price is also low.

Monitor the stock market daily and try to go bargain hunting to look for oversold stock. Buy a few shoplot at prime location and make sure you can rent them out.

so your investment plan is buy low sell high

fuck why didnt i think of that

since I know that today was the bottom of the stock market (except tons of analysts say it will continue down and wont get better until next year), and all these foreclosed homes are in places people want to live and rent out since there are tons of jobs just waiting to be taken near by, I'll be a veritable warren buffet by this time next year
