Warc and Mecha are your best bets. Warc's pretty easy to learn. You need to master instant j.236As to make the most out of Mecha though. She's got great damage and lots of mixups and tricks, so if you can get her down, she's great.

It's not the same... Her combos are very char specific in what move will pick opponent after 623b (5b,2c,split-second movement to 6 then 214a), the height where 2c must catch the char once their airborn with 623c, and timing the jump for each char's different wakeup times. About half the cast can be done the same way, the other half is a nightmare compared to other char's combos which are hard to execute but same everytime.

There are three types of grabs I believe, regular old ground throws, air throws, and command throws. Ground and air are what you see most, every character has one of each.
