It's a mild nuisance, but the timer resets if you load state.
IE, save and reload state every 4 minutes or so.

Try as I might, the best I could find was a 1.0.1 copy with a valid key file.
Patched game doesn't work on it either, and the key file isn't compatible with 1.1.1.

I just tried to play the game on 1.01, it works fine but the patch doesn't seem to apply itself. I put the .ppf file inside the main folder of the emulator, but the game comes up Japanese when I play it. I guess I will try to burn the actual disc and report back in a few minutes.

Another anon cracker here, here's my attempt at it, I didn't release it earlier as I was still testing it.
Comparison to the other anon's version:
- doesn't just stop timer, it makes up think its registered and no more annoying banner
- I didn't inline it like anon, but unpacked it, so the extra dll extracted from the emulator means the size is almost double.

The PC-FX edition is distinguished by the fact that it has full cast voice acting and fully erotic pictures. I got Shiho ending on my first playthrough.
Did you make sure:
1: Talk to her ALWAYS after work.
2: Go to carrot EVERY morning, and see if she has unique dialogue instead of the same choices or Rumi studying. Sometimes, she'll tell you to do a shift.
3: Max studying and determination.
4: Call her on her day off (Tue). See if you can get a positive reply (instead of ,well nice to call but bye)
5: Refuse the trip. If you DID it right, the week before the trip on the day that you have to FORM the schedule, you should be able to tell her 'I'm not going' instead of the day before.
6: Call her for the fair (won't come though)
7: During second-to-last event, arrange a date, she will be late, keep waiting, get scene with her and old man.
8: Try not to have ANY notoriety.
9: Do not trigger important flags with other girls (like going overnight trip or comicket)
To KNOW whether you make progress or not, at night after JOB she will walk with you instead of refusing.

She needs dedication.
