I'd argue that Reimu is very much Lawful Neutral in how she flat out refuses to abuse Fantasy Heaven longer than required when she could easily use it to become a physical god. That requires far more restraint than her personality would otherwise indicate she posses.

Reimu is Lawful as Hell. Lawful Good though. She shows several times that despite how hardline she is on things, she's willing to be nice when intentions are good. She's done stuff like let things slide as long as she considers it harmless, but if it IS harmful, she has no fucking hesitation about following the letter of the law.

Marisa is Chaotic Good. She is a hero, but also a thief and the reasons for her heroism aren't always the most noble.

Remi too. Remi is just a fucking nice, whimsical person. I think that's about all I can say on things that I want to say

Law is law. I think that alone supersedes whatever is written about the alignment generally. If its within not only her right but DUTY to exterminate those she deems she must, then that's that. Also that is overall still good because:
-the fortune teller did harm an innocent human--two, actually.
-made one unconscious (Kosuzu)
-killed another (himself)
And the fucker was talking about how he wanted to join with the ruling class, a class of classically harmful creatures, and just wanted Reimu to take his word on it that he wouldn't do anything (ELSE) bad if let go, despite her position making it so she had no choice but to kill him

Reimu is at best a True Neutral, but due to her repeated actions I'd put her as Neutral Evil. Everything she does is for her own convenience, not for any law or tradition, and she's willing to do whatever it takes to get her way.
The only thing that would be "lawful" about her is following whatever Yukari tells her to do, since that's what a Hakurei does apparently.

Marisa is Chaotic Neutral. She hardly cares about doing things because they are "good", but because she finds them mildly curious or if she could get something out of it, or she's just bored. She doesn't want to live by anyone's authority besides her own, which is why she left the Human Village to live in the neutral forest.
