Can someone please explain what this image is? I know its supposed to be that character from one of your touhou games but why does it get posted so much? Is this something popular on 2ch that you guys decided to adopt? What does it mean when you post it?

It's just one of those images that people post as a response. The facial expression of the character in the image is supposed to be a representation of how the poster feels at whatever they're responding to. That one just happens to be popular.

it means "just as planned". also, you should go to /pooshlmer/. they have a long-running series of source and misc. question threads, up to 26 and counting. in other words, don't ever ask here again.

you're both missing the point. i'm trying to get him out of here, my answer was nonsense. but i'm not kidding about the second part: pooshlmer would be more useful for a real answer.
