Touko - 20 magic circuits -> can't really do loads of crazy stuff, but she knows how to use it well
Supposedly, Aoko is even worse off (I don't know where I heard it, but 1 circuit?!), but capable of using them to the extreme.
Between equally skilled mages, more circuits = more power, but when it comes to the Aozaki sisters, they are top tier in skill.
Alba: loads of circuits, some really good skills, just Gilgamesh-type arrogance and lack of preparation/thinking ahead.

She's good. OF course, being a good magus doesn't necessarily imply she's a good *combat* magus. Her skills lie in rune sorcery and puppet mastery, she's second to none in those fields. Handy stuff, but not really destructive in and of itself. Her brains are her best asset in a fight, she has to be able to out think her opponents rather than simply overpower them. Planning ahead, laying traps, having contingencies, those are how she fights.

She just has the title of "Red", which is one of the three highest ranking achievable in the mage society, the other two being Blue and Green.

The title Blue is what Touko wanted, but Aoko nabbed it instead. Which is why Touko hates it when people address her by her title.
