Youmu, on the other hand, has been known to arbitrarily slay phantoms and attack quickly if even slightly provoked. Yuyuko may have a rude tongue, but overall? Nicer ghosty

This is a dumb question. Youmu is dedicated to Yuyuko. She lives to serve her. And even if she somehow wanted to overthrow her the yama (plural) would send her directly to hell because Yuyuko is the yama-appointer ruler of the Netherworld. Not that she can even overthrow Yuyuko, though. Her human half would be toast and I'm pretty sure Yuyuko, as the ruler, could kick her ghost out of the Netherworld.

I'm not really sure what this response is for. I was just referencing that if bothered, she might kill you on a whim (hence Akyuu giving her a high threat level), while also saying there's no evidence of her doing this. The only person she's tried to kill in canon has been Mokou, who she knew was immortal.
