yeah I hate sounds. My roommate plays his ps4 in the other room and the clicking noises (either the buttons or the sticks hitting the edge) really piss me off. But putting earplugs/headphones on scares me because someone could sneak up on me if they wanted to. Its the worst shit because I can't focus on anything else once I hear something, but its such innocuous shit like people placing cups hard that theres no point in complaining to them because they cant do anything about it anyway. I have a big spoon I just hit myself with on the head or ribs to momentarily take my focus away from whatever the noise is.
Also when people talk too loud does anyone else feel weird kind of "fluid" motion in their ears? Like your entire inner ear is swelling really fast
