So I just finished Red Demon God.

And I must say, WTF? It feels... unfinished. It says nobody knows how it ended but the moon, but that seems to include US. What happened to Kishima after he went crazy and attacked people? Why'd he spare Shiki and wander off?

Oh and just to be clear, the one guy who Kiri stabbed after Kouma, the one who he didn't bother to check, that was Makihisa right?

Kouma was a plot device. Kiri was too cool to be killed by anyone normal. When Kiri died there was no need for Kouma anymore.
