I guess it is working. People that doesn't care about the subject just don't post at all.

>> No.1968375

The culture had been perverted.
This board is very good at perverting culture if you hadn't noticed.

I agree with this. I used to get more replies when the sage function was working.

What? That hasn't been happening at all. People continue to post in threads they hate and declaring their hatred, just now they aren't using sage.

Hmm

Exactly. But this will change over time.

Subject: A quick idea.

Dear Christopher,

Here's a simple way to fix sage so that people will start using it properly. Make a function on 4chan called "no bump." If the user presses the no-bump button the thread wont be bumped. Get rid of the email field and/or word filter sage to blank. That way people cant' use sage as an insult.

Sincerely Anonymous.

>> No.1968466

There are already two fucking threads. Please stop.

I would sage this if I could.

>> No.1968471

sage

>> No.1968472

>>1968461

Okay, I laughed at this one.

Hard.

>> No.1968479

I honestly hope he starts banning people emailing him to complain about this

The whole of 4chan would be better off.

>> No.1968492

>>1968466
Oh the irony.

All of the people who enjoy this new sage function defeat their own argument whenever they reply to these meta threads.

Yeah, see, he can't.

Magic powers

It's only because of the increased amount of sageable threads created when people whine about this. We wouldn't need to sage that much if people didn't have to make a new thread every 5 minutes about how they gave moot constructive criticism.

>> No.1968556

>>1968532
Herf derf, Ignore the thread. Ignore the thread.

Apparently ignoring is not good enough for you. Oh, and because you can only reply with sage once per thread you cant defend your words (without bumping this thread to the front page). Enjoy bumping shitty threads moron.

>> No.1968578

The great thing about /jp/ is that /jp/ has more meta threads than any other board, /a/ had like 2 threads after the new sage discussing it, /jp/ is still whining over it like a retarded baby, I hope Moot bans all moot you whiny fuckers!

>> No.1968581

>defend your words

Why would you want to do this? Its not like you have a E-Peen to grow

>> No.1968605

>>1968578
You forget that /a/ is way faster than /jp/.

>> No.1968614

So sage was finally removed?

About time. It did more harm than good.

>> No.1968627

>>1968614
It does absolutely nothing except not bump a thread. The only thing no sage means is more bumped threads. If you really think the content of the threads themselves will change, you havn't been here long.

>> No.1968633

>>1968614
It was used well on /jp/.

Get back to /a/. How did I know you were from /a/? Your bad grammar gave you away

Just like most /a/ssholes you haven't been here long enough to understand the importance of sage. I'm willing to bet /jp/ has the highest number of people who are against this new sage function.
