Last Touhou installment plot.

Reimu wake up in a hospital. The doctor enters the room and gasp in surprise, Reimu is confused. The doctor explains that she was on car accident and have been in coma for about 20 years. Gensokyo was just a mere dream.

Marisa arrives later, crying, she hugs Reimu. She was with Reimu in the accident, but Reimu protected Marisa with her body. Both cry in each other arms for hours.
