Do foreigners get sent to Japanese prison for committing crime in Japan? Does it depend on the severity of the crime?
In Japan, does it count as rape if you kidnap an idol and lick and smell every part of her body that isn't her vagina or breasts, and then let her go with a tip?

Pretty sure there's a crime called 強制猥褻 or something similar that would fall under it. It might count as a felony, but I'm not exactly an expert on Japanese sexual assault jurisprudence. Also kidnapping is a crime in and of itself, you dumbass.

I checked with my friend who asked me to ask the question, he said he didn't mean legal kidnapping but just the moral act of it.
