If you just want to jack off, the fate mobile games and azur lane.
If you want cute girls being cute, then the proper idolmaster series and not the mobile shit.
It's also not too late to get into the Lyrical Nanoha series. It's kind of like Touhou in the ones actually about Nanoha, and there's all kind of esoteric shit like voice dramas and spinoff manga and the VNs it's based on you can track down. And if you get tired if it, you can always dip into Dog Days world, where every girl is best girl and also a good girl.

Not that guy but I don't think so. The two real official appearances we have to work off are her tiny EoSD sprite (which shows no tail) and her cameo in Inaba of the Moon (which has her standing behind a food stand, and manga appearances can vary wildly anyway i.e. Aya's wings)

I think Kemono Friends has been the most Touhou-like property I've experiened:
-The QUALITY of the official material vs what the fan's produce
-TONS of cute girls, even more outside of the anime
-Extreme take-it-easy vibes

However, if it's NEW content you're interested in, you will be sorely disappointed because season 2's basically been sabotaged by the parent company.
