She was pretty chill in IN until the characters revealed that Kaguya was involved. I think she's just kind of like Alice where she's actually a laid back and friendly person but loves fighting. She's pretty feisty in AoCF because Mamizou handles being the Master of their pair which lets Mokou run wild, and she's very happy when Dream "Reisen-chan" challenges her to a fight.

I think Mokou is just more chill with Kaguya now, which makes sense after a thousand years, even considering Kaguya's trick in IN. Reisen even invites her to Eientei for a Moon Viewing on Kaguya's behalf.
