Follow-up regarding ashwagandha. Before talking about the sexual aspects of the supplement, I want to state that this thing obliterated my anxiety and that's with the powder which is supposed to be much weaker than the extract. I started low with 500mg doses but I quickly upped them to 1/2/3g for a total of 6g of powder per day.

As far as sex/masturbation is concerned, I have noticed:
-Harder and more frequent erections
-It takes me longer to ejaculate (could be a pro or a con depending on how fast/long you cum)

Biggest changes are seen from Pygeum and Swedish flower pollen - they increase the volume of ejaculate, pre-ejaculate, and orgasms are somewhat stronger.
Lecithin makes semen somewhat thicker. Zinc is used in production of sperm, so it's generally a good idea to take it if you masturbate a lot, but I don't think it produces any visible effects. L-arginine might contribute to stronger erections, but I'm not entirely sure.

I don't know which to get: the puni ana dx or the kupa cocolo (normal).

Both have their own perks and I just wanna get my money's worth. Today I found an old electric heating pad in a closet, most probably belonged to one of my parents but was stored away and forgotten. One possible reason is that lots of commercial lubes have a very high osmolality (hyper-osmotic), so they absorb water from cells in order to stay hydrated.
