Thanks to Cookie, Dichromatic Lotus Butterfly is probably the most remixed and rearranged Touhou BGM. It's pretty weird when you think about it.

Yeah, it originated in Seihou but it was Reimu's theme there and then it was rearranged in the fighting game and DiPP. You're right that it is more dubious than others but I would still consider it a Touhou BGM.

The one by Blankfield, I guess? His early work is rough around the edges, and this is no exception, but last third of the song is pretty great.
I don't like the original and I tend to skip the covers that come up in doujin albums, so I don't really know many of them.
