Arcueid is pretty much better in every aspect. That is but my humble opinion, of course. A lot of the dislike may simply come from that horrid school uniform she wears - it looks good on Sacchin, but on Ciel..

And from there, I don't like executioner-mode Ciel either.

And a surprisingly large amount of people skip Ciel's route, or already hate her by the time they do hers. So they don't give two fucks about Ciel.

I did Ciel's route first too, and that's why I think I'm a rather large fan of hers rather than IT'S SHIT.

But most of Ciel's route is learning about her history. So if you already hate her because of the other routes, that's not really a plus side. Ciel's route is best done first, I think.
