I love the little interactions in the maricha game, I just wish the punishment actually taught them and that the Yukurris interacted more between themselves. The only punishment I've found so far to actually work is the box and hammer technique, everything else they just just say poo pooing outside the toilet is fine. If you put them in the box and hammer the box, once they get out they say they understand and drag the poo to the toilet, but they still shit outside of it no matter how much you punish them.

I've found if you have scolding mode on and scold them right before they poo, they listen and move to the toilet. This works most often than not unless they're just absolute shitheads. As for after they poo, it's honestly RNG whether they listen to the drag poo option. I've had it where I spam the drag poo option on them and they say no until they say yes randomly.

I think the only interactions programmed in right now are family interactions. So try taking an adult, impregnating it, skip a few days, and see what the interactions are like then.

took an adult Marisa from the wild and this is probably the best yukurri I've seen. I think Reimus and Marisas are the only one with special types, you just get them from birthing but they're really rare. What I do is get a breeding pit and then fill an adult Marisa up with babies. It's a short amount of time till they birth and you get like 30 koyukkuris per birth so after like 10 minutes of doing this I had lots of aquatic and kotasu marisas I could sell for lots of money. This was on an old version though but the newest version still breeds the same I think.

I think thats mostly for story-telling purposes. Abuse is sweeter if not only you have lots of koyukkuris to abuse, but if the parents care for each one of them. Personally, the best abuse isn't physically but more mental with tearing a family apart emotionally.

like the link says, use 1.17 for now, 1.18 is buggy and 1.17 isn't that different. Also the game is fairly intractable, more so than it seems. For example you can not only burn Yukkuri's feet on the lighter, but you can also burn their accessories. You can also do stuff like pick up yukurris and set them on top of a slide or move them away from the food they were eating and get different responses.

I work in a microbio lab and I think it would be sorta cool to use yukkuris medically. Bacteria can grow on pretty much anything that doesn't actively kill it and having to constantly prepare agar slants and plates just to grow bacteria is annoying, so you could burn a yukkuris feet and tongue to prevent it from moving or talking and then inoculate it's bean paste with bacteria and then just take a loopful of bacteria off the yukkuri after the bacteria's grown in a few days whenever you need to run some tests. There is also the added abuse element of having to sanitize the yukkuri with ethanol and bleach which would definitely cause extreme pain to it, plus you would be using loops to take bacteria and the loops are heated to 800 degrees Celsius to properly sterilize. Of course this would never be approved in real life but I could dream.

Fun things I noticed on Hakkei

- If you ruin their accessories and leave them to lick it they'll actually manage to stick it together with their spit and they'll wear a messy crumpled ball version of their accessories
- Yukkuri only care about abyuse if they're blood... eh, paste-related. If you start to abyuse one of their own they'll frantically begin to cry and try to reach them, and if they do they'll lick-lick.
- If you kill one of them though they'll just begin to slowly back away from the corpse and go full on scared.

Generally they're clustered very closely together, which is confusing if the area is filled with several Yukkuri. If you kill one if them outside they'll yell "daddy/big or Lil sis/little one" but that kinda defeats the point. You can also start a family with impregnation, but you can't get Reimu this way as of now.

They'll typically keep being shithead and saying "doing shit is fine wherever, you know!" or whatever, if they puff back at you it's already elligible and if you keep doing it eventually they'll head over there to crap.

I find constipation only happens when I feed them shitty food, and that if I transition them to a diet if high class food the constipation resolves itself after some time. Of course, you can always just disable constipation in the debug tab.

That's what got me, I was trying in many playthroughs to pick some shitheads from the gutter and feed them only trash to see how constipation works. They never picked it up.

I was raising this one properly and only ever fed her standard quality food giving a cookie every blue moon if she behaved herself well and all of a sudden her constipation kicks in hard and doesn't get relieved no matter what I do.

I think the only better quality food she could have gotten were either bacon or pasta.
