She just closed her third eye, which in turn, completely closed off her heart to the outside world; so while no one can read her true intentions, the reason is because everything she does is done subconsciously, rather than from the "decision of the heart". Basically, she never did anything out of any sort of emotional reason. I'd imagine her to just be wandering around aimlessly. If anything, I imagine she'd be weird in the sense of not showing much emotion or response to anything rather than being a flat-out nut.

But after helping in raising Satori's animals, her cold heart began to feel slightly warm and fuzzy inside.
