HSiFS is kind of a weird game because it seems like ZUN has just given in. Drew a character with tits for people to have and stopped drawing Cirno's wings as being attached to her, but instead as little crystals like the fan interpretation.

I'm pretty sure he doesn't draw breasts because he's not good at it, not because everyone in Gensokyo is a loli.
ZUN's also been drawing breasts more and more, since DDC came out. Again, likely because he's getting more comfortable with the idea of drawing them.

Anything to support this? All I find is that ZUN has very "feminine preferences" (Magic of Life commentary) and comments about how adding men would be unnatural, but having no men at all in the print works would be weird.
