The Tsukihime heroines are all likable and endearing, save for Ciel. Most of the "arguments" I've seen brought up against them come from poor reading comprehension, shoddy reasoning, or inability to understand the subtler elements in the routes. As with most things, it comes down to personal preference. My favorites are Hisui and Kohaku; I'm not very partial to maid moe or yandere types, but these two somehow clicked for me.

HOW CAN ANY OF THEM BE COMPARED TO CIEL-SENPAI'S SUFFERING?!?!?!

Yes, I liked Hisui's route the most! Yes, Arc's innocence made me smile openly! Yes, Akiha's flat, moe, tsundere chest was overwhelmingly attractive to me! Yes, I yearned for Kohaku's true self!
However, Senpai, to me, was just as much of a heroine as the rest of them!

Throwing very specific blanket tastes over the entire board when it comes to Tsukihime character preferences isn't very smart.

Sometimes who has the most fans and what order the runner ups are in are pretty clear, but all of the Tsukihime heroines sans Ciel are really popular.

Well, the fact that you hate Akiha suggests that you probably didn't follow the story very well (some people hate her just because they dislike tsunderes or whatever, but most of them seem to have big misconceptions about the story and her character, even going so far as to not understand how Roa works even after seeing him at work throughout the entire story), so...
