Some may already know about the incident that happened with MMDer Shin-chan, notably author of the really praised series "The Maid Who Leapt Through Time" (ep1 here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CG4JCn_jues).).

He was doxxed last year because he had spammed some picture-card show author's twitter with rather offensive messages.

When this happened, he had the decency to at least put his episode 2 online before leaving. Initiative that I applaud so nothing is wasted.

Okay, a few days ago we learned that he was doing fine from MMDer Yomi. And from this point, all went downhill.

A few days ago (not sure how long), I realized all his videos on Youtube were set to private. Not only that, he did the same on Nico Nico Douga now!!!

So, this leads to one the biggest waste the Japanese MMD scene could ever have!!

Basically, the world doesn't deserve to see his works anymore. I'm seriously tired with that shit. His initial reaction of spamming someone's twitter wasn't especially nice to begin with but the doxxing is even worse. And now that reaches the bottom.

Artists often complain about their audience being assholes. Well, I'm tempting to say... start by not being one yourself first! You know, I never acted this way and WILL NEVER WILL. Because it's retarded. And anyway, not the kind of behaviour you's expect from a guy in his mid thirties like me.

I just don't care anymore. I'm reprinting if anyone asks. Just to give him a lesson. Yeah, I know, this is immature. But acting the way it did is, IMHO, even more.

I made this post out of venting. I'm aware my mental age fell below whatever while writing this. Doesn't matter to me now (also didn't realise you could resize that text box).
Not everyone has the guts, skill or motivation to create things. Who artists are creating content for? The best those "consumers" can do is showing support. And this is how they are thanked. If I create something, even the most basic or dull piece of work, I know I'll make some of those "consumers" happy.

Still not a nice initiative of trying to put down one of the best MMD works in terms of writing and storytelling. You can't make the scene better if you deprive future artists from potential sources of inspiration. At this point I know the MMD scene is irrecoverable and most need to buy a brain but still. As always, problem is not the discipline in itself but behaviours inside it.
