Tewi's about 1500. That's younger than the "undefined" that is Eirin and Yukari.
Eirin is at least 4000, I believe.
Yukari is confirmedly at least 1700 IIRC.

Shikieiki and Komachi have been around since the beginning of the universe, though.

The term of a Yama is 420,000 CELESTIAL years, one of which is like 100,000 mortal years.

Which would mean she still has a good 405 billion years until she steps down for the next generation of Judges, if she's been in business since the beginning of the universe.

There's really no way to say who the oldest is, except for possibly Sikieiki and Komachi (if they have in fact been around forever; being immortal doesn't necessarily mean they've existed since the beginning of time).

All the other old characters are always described as "at LEAST XXXX years old"... basically anyone who was around before Gensokyo was sealed off is at least as old as that event, but who knows how much longer before that.

The wiki (not that it necessarily means anything) has Yukari "at least 1200", Tewi "at least 1300", Aya "at least 1000"

One Celestial Day in the Yama heaven equals 200 Human Years.
30 such days amount to one Celestial Month; twelve such months constitute one Celestial Year.

However, this site lists the Yama's lifespan as 2000 Celestial Years, or 144 million Human Years.

So Shikieiki /could/ be incredibly fucking old; it doesn't seem like she's very young, anyway.
If she's even 20 Celestial Years old, that makes her 1,440,000. And she doesn't seem like she just started her term, so she's probably older than that.

Etc.

And at the end of things, they'll fade away according to the same principles.

Which isn't entirely accurate, because she's bound to the Netherworld by the seal on the Saigyou Ayakashi anyway, but that's just Akyu being Akyu.
