That's Koto Inari you're posting.

Great artist that really draws out the absurd, frightening, harsher aspects of the Touhou universe, in a way that grotesque and cute at the same time, while almost entirely de-sexualised.

It does indeed look like something out of a children's fairy tale book, now that you mention it. As if Touhou was a fairy tale told by the Brothers Grimm.

Koto Inari's works evoke quite a lot of emotion for me when I look at them. I feel bad for the qt, vulnerable 2hus being scared, depressed, and hurt. But there's also room for happiness sometimes, although in a rather morbid sense.

Hemogurobin has this sharp cut-y but cute art style, even when he draws lewd pictures

I mostly like him because he's done a lot of picture of Hecatia

Koto Inari is really cool though, and I also like the aritist who does 2hu parodies of famous paintings

Yohane's use of colors and dirty style gives me the urge to vomit. It physically makes me sick looking at it. It makes me think that he dips a paint brush in some gas station toilet and slobbers it all over a canvas that someone already puked over. It reminds me of literal trash.

I believe he's referring to something like this: objects with textures on them, but the textures don't follow the curvature of the object. So a character is wearing clothes that bunch up and curve normally, but as a viewer you still see a perfectly lined-up pattern.

It's not quite breaking the fourth wall, but it's similar. It works very well for dreamlike or less than serious occasions, or for when the viewer is meant to be reminded of their role as a viewer (because everything lines up perfectly just for them).
