Hey /jp/, I just downloaded Perfect Cherry Blossom. I started playing and for some reason the frate rate lowered to 30-45 at the second Letty's Spell Card (it seems to react to the graphics, the more bullet the less frame rate). And no, my computer specifications are over the recommendations. I can even run SA without problems.

So, I have heard there a way to force the game to run at acertain frame amount. How do I do this?
