The last boss was featured in one of the Touhou mangas for a long time and is playable in the new fighting game.
The 5'th boss got herself a very own game.

If anything DDChus get a lot of exposures, it's just the drumhu that's forgotten and none cares about.

I think all three are probably related. Raiko was tied to the Tsukumo anchor and so got passed over by fans are as a result.

Though initially, at least, she got exposure as a "cool"-type hu.

If she'd at least done something after ISC it would have helped, though. She's gone ignored while the Tsukumos at least got a minor cameo.

I was hoping she'd appear in FS what with all the tsukumogami and Night Parade stuff going on, but to no avail.

Sekibanki at least is interesting insofar as she lives in the Human Village in disguise, and has been doing so for at least a while, apprehending both humans and youkai all that time.

This alone allows us to make a nice, semi-complete assumption of her personality. Meanwhile the Tsukumo sisters have nothing except the delightful characteristic of "combative," which a perfect 90% of youkai shares anyhow.
