How do you define "fix"? Youmu is certainly strong, but she's not unstoppably powerful, she has plenty of counters; anyone who can outrange her (Reisen is amazing for this) or lock her down, strong nukers as she tends to be fairly squishy for most of the game (also Remilia, who counters most melee assassins if she doesn't immediately die) and saviour characters like Reimu, Sanae or Eirin for whoever she jumps on and tries to delete. Hell, you can just buy Ada in a pinch.

If you're talking about bugs or something like that, I can't say I know of any ones in particular.

Are you talking about Yuyuko? Her ult doesn't seem to kill people who are full health anymore but other wise it still kills people who are missing hp and stand near her.

The thing was that her ult never killed from 100% health, as it deals damage based on health missing. But given her aura, people can't be at full health, and they did not implement that her ulti only hits units one time. Meaning even with 99.9% health you'd die.

It's honestly quite surprising they let that in for so long. Feels like such an obvious bug, too. Unfortunate.

Well, as long as she's broken, you probably should level the aura. I (and others) have tested it, and it's really working "like intended", just with unlimited (and VERY FAST) damage instances, which should not happen.

Normally what it should do is hit each target ONCE. Creeps get killed (I think) and deal aoe damage around them, while girls take pure damage based on their missing health. You basically die if you are low health, but don't take much damage at all if you are close to full health. It's essentially a big aoe version of a dota2 hero's ult with minor changes. (pure damage instead of magic and no interaction with the death timer)

That said, I suppose the balancing is.. wonky, no matter what, but I feel bugs like this should probably be fixed. Especially with stuff like Yuri existing.

I think you are missing the fact that her ult is a channeled spell that releases 3 waves of butterflys in 2.5 seconds.
It's working as intended and is pretty easy to avoid.

It's not about "easy to avoid" or whatever, point is, it's supposed to deal damage based on missing HP. If it's supposed to instantly kill you once you are caught in it, the description could just say it. But it doesn't. In fact, the way the damage is dealt also makes no sense for something that just kills.

As such: No. Not working as intended. At all. Her being absolutely terrible if it would work as intended doesn't change this either. There are terrible girls, and there will always be some. The game isn't balanced. They should still fix bugs.

There's simply more reliable broken "stompers" in the game. Yes, Yukari is broken and bugged shit. But it has a cooldown. She can't just 1on1 everyone in quick succession. Seeing the average dots match, if you tryhard and want to win, Yukari is not your girl. You pick Aya, Bunny or whatever. Doesn't make it any less dumb though.
Wouldn't mind if they'd actually balance the game, but eh.. I'm not holding my breath there.

It doesn't kill you instantly though, it sends out waves. If you stun her right after she cast it then it won't do any damage, if you stun her after the 1st wave then it won't kill you. It has an extremely long cast time and its channeled. There's all sorts of ways that you can avoid and counter it. It's fine the way it is. It's also her only good ability and has an extremely long cool down, so op

You may want to check a few settings before jumping into a game. If i recall correctly the default controls are kinda dumb.

Enable edge pan so you can move the camera with your mouse cursor and assign skill and item keys to keys you think would be easy to reach. Also bind the "Select Hero" option to something easy to double tap so you can center the camera on your hero if you get lost.

Sadly, there kind of aren't any. Plenty of big 'ol magic nukes going around, but none of them are point and click, and some of them are very hard to use. For 2hus very vaguely in the same vein who aren't too hard, I'd give Remiia, Utsuho and Reimu a shot, bearing in mind that:
Remi is based partly on a vaguely Mirana-esque skillshot stun (though thankfully faster and not distance dependent, also you can get an item to mitigate your reliance on it)
Utsuho is pure damage, her ult has some unreliable CC and that's it. She also requires very good timing and health/mana management to reach her full potential.
Reimu is more of a pure support, and her damage can be very finicky. That said, she has a lengthy point-and click silence and the ability to make allies immune to physical damage or to magic (with her ult, within a limited area) and be really disruptive while she's at it.
