The reason it's not seeking for you is likely because the video metadata is showing a different time value than the part you're playing, eg you're playing part A at 48 minutes, but when you check the metadata, it says 2h10m or something like that. Hitomi was pretty conservative.

In GASO they tend to focus more on the interactions and less on the sex, so I guess the director just wants the actress to relax a bit and just use a fake dick instead of having to act with another guy for the umpteenth time. I dunno. At least that's how my mind works if I was an AV director.

Any GFE movie ever, with some exceptions. The Crystal Eizo ones constantly break perspective, but the others I've seen (Prestige, S1, Moodyz) stay first person.

Zukkon Bakkon has a long-running series (and a few smaller ones) that are all about first-person creampie orgies. Very rarely are you given a shot of something "your" character couldn't see, but it's always in situations that are meant to clue you in on what's happening and where "you" aren't physically present.

Then there's a couple singular films that are entirely in POV, but it really depends. I remember that Dogma Dirty Talk series has entries that are completely first person, but my memory may play tricks on me there.

It's a shame DMM/R18 never ever use the POV tag correctly. Their definition of POV seems to mean something like "told from the point of view of the actress", from the movies I've seen tagged as POV there. They're usually documentaries or insights into the actress' "private life", but have nothing to do with POV as it's commonly used, meaning first person porn. So it's mostly up to you to find out.
