Yea, his art is bright and colorful and the proportions thing is only noticeable in a few cgs, but if he fixed that up and learned how to draw fucking feet then he'd be pretty solid. That said, I think FSN is merely average for h-game art, Tsukihime is below average. At least he's improving.

Honestly, I like Takeuchi's style. It's easily discernable which is a quality many other Japanese artists lack. However, his proportions are a bit off, for example, whenever Rin does the whole teacher-instruction-pointing pose.

I can't dig on Takeuchi too much for having problems with hands and feet. That's a problem that plagues many artists. Just this morning I was fapping to one of my favorite doujins, and I looked at the cover and realized "woah, her hands are seriously fucked up". I've had the book for a year or so, and never noticed it until now. Also, Takeuchi designed my lovely waifu Kohaku, so he's okay in my book.

I think Touko is pretty, even though she probably has stretch marks and veiny hands from smoking. Plus glasses and button-up shirts are a turn on for me. I grew up with smokers so that part doesn't really bother me. Ryougi has the reverse trap appeal and runs around in leather jackets and kimonos, which is nice. Ayako and Seo are rather generic. Souka Tsukihime looks like some kind of mutant.
