First of all, even discussing this is pointless. Not only is there zero evidence either way for most characters, meaning that it's all speculation with practically no basis in anything canon, but more importantly - who even cares in the first place?

That said, you've just listed two characters who had children, and several others who are/were married. In contrast, there are zero characters who are confirmed virgins, and of course that's the case, because why would ZUN include such details that are utterly pointless and have no bearing on anything in the story?

Now, you could reasonably assume that characters like Medicine, the Tsukumo sisters, Flan, Byakuren, and so on are virgins, due to their respective circumstances. However, for any relatively well-adjusted adult who falls within Gensoukyou's bounds of normalcy, you can just as reasonably assume that they've had adult relationships and thus, have probably had sex. ZUN has said they we only see a select slice of life in Gensoukyou; that is, the events related to incidents. (And importantly, this is why so few males show up.) The print works give a bit more of a peek into everyday life, but still, there's a lot we just don't see, including what most characters get up to in their personal lives.

But again, you may as well speculate about whether they like sweet potatoes, or which shoe they put on first.

Koishi: Unlike Satori, I think her closing her eye and acting on subconsciousness may lead her to seek sex, as sex is a powerful unconscious drive. Maybe Satoris have that deep down aswell. So there is a chance that Koishi goes around fucking men.

Nazrin: More beast youkai, so the same applies here. She is a helper of Bishamonten and thus probably follows his teachings. I'm not very knowledgable about buddhism, so I don't know if Bishamonten follows all those no sex buddhism stuff.
Kogasa: Probably asexual, only interested in scaring people. But in a wild guess her desire to be useful to humans could lead to something lewd. I still guess virgin.
Ichirin: I think it was that she met Unzan as a young girl and got hated by humans since then. So good chance she is a virgin, it also depends what kind of buddhist she and byakurens crew are.
Murasa: Ghost, died at young age, being buried underground for quite some time. I say virgin.
