その思いを分かる？俺の夢は日本に普通な外国人で住むのだ。毎日大麻を
吸っていったのに日本に行って出来た事になった。それから大麻が全然悪
くない。それが本当だ。

Actual translation:

"Weed isn't bad" is the number 1 most important thing to know. Why do I know this? My dream was to live in Japan as a normal foreigner. Every day I smoked weed, and despite this, I still made it to Japan. Because of that, weed is definitely not bad. That is true.

Japanese isn't my mother tongue, naturally. I'm a foreigner after all. But you know...I am becoming more decent. Thinking in a foreign language is undoubtedly very difficult but when you can do it, it feels fuck awesome. Certainly even now my Japanese is ok despite having smoked pot recently.
