Yukari: "By following my will, shikigami can achieve power equal to my level. Therefore, if she properly follows my orders, it would be impossible for her to lose. If she takes selfish actions, her power will be weakened to something that can't even be compared to mine. Fighting in that state is nothing other than foolish."

Yukari is referring to Ran fighting against the humans in PCB. So in essence, Ran in PCB's Extra Stage was not drawing her power from Yukari and that means she is a natural EX-level boss on her own.

However, just because Ran was not drawing power from Yukari does not mean that was her limit. Bear in mind that on top of the regular maintenance requirement she also had to put more power into Chen's recovery during her entire fight with you.

So I'd say that Ran is probably anywhere from 60-80% of Yukari's power without Chen or any shikigami status based on Danmaku density during the fight.

Of course since Yukari's power doesn't really apply to danmaku, physical/mystical prowess does not matter much when you have riggedhaxgodmode power.
