Stuff like that was before my time.

Pulling off what I did only worked back in the early 2000's, in gaems like Dark Ages of Camelot, StarWars Galaxies, WoW, etc.
There wasn't any streaming bullshiting goin' around so it was really ez to fool the stupid virgins with some soft words and telling them just what they wanted to hear.

Your biggest mistake was actually trying to prove that you were a grill. Since back then there wasn't any camwhoring shiet goin' around either.
If you just acted natural with a few hints here and there you'd have all the nerdaloids at your freakin' feet, broseph.

Man, I can't even begin to remember the amount of people that wanted my MSN. But as a silly grill who is really bad with computers, I never gave them because I didn't had one! hah!

I dont really know. Its exciting for me to get the chance to have an alternate persona that I would be in real life if I had the opportunity to choose what I was born as. I imagine someone would look at this post and think I should trap, but my personal belief is that someone should only do that if they have a girly body already; I dont really meet that requirement so I dont. Apparently by having a female avatar. I used to have people who thought I was a chick all the time because my avatar and PCs in game were mostly female.
I simply believe in my father's saying: "If I'm going to stare at an ass in spandex all day, it might as well be one worth staring at."
I never really changed anything about my word choices, they just assumed it. Then again, I've been called Miss by telemarketers before, much to my annoyance.

The problem is nowadays you have no chance at starting out as a streamer pretending to be a girl. Literally every female streamer who makes it a point that they're female uses a facecam, so you're fucked in that regard.

Unless you're really good at a specific game or have some other hook to get people interested, the pretending to be female card will do nothing for you unless you have something to prove it.

Yeah, I suppose youre right. Im tier 1 in the game I intend to broadcast - I havent started yet - but I understand what you mean. Sorry to blow my own horn. Its not really a selling point anyway as Im repulsed by actual camwhores who suck at the game they play. I dont see an issue if they have a facecam but the focus of the stream is on the game, though.

I've played as female characters in MMOs for years, but I've never tried deliberately tricking people into thinking I really am a girl. I'm scared to try it because I don't want the fake girl talk to become how I really talk.
