IOSYS did Akari/Ayano's songs for S1 and Sakurako/Himwarai's songs for S2, plus the Akari/Chinatsu duet on ゆるゆりのうた♪あるばむ. Probably the best known ones are Akari's 私、主役の赤座あかりです and Ayano's 恋の罰金バッキンガム! (Incidentally, Yuru Yuri has a shitton of music, like forty CDs, even if some of them are actually drama.)

Their Japanese Wikipedia article says they also did character songs for Acchi Kocchi, Dream Eater Merry, Kill Me Baby, and BEN-TO (also the OP/ED for AK and OP for Merry). They're not quite /jp/-related or else I'd link some.

No, see, the important part of a post is not the format in which it is written, but the actual content of the post. People don't (usually) greentext in the comment sections of YouTube but that doesn't make them quality.

And the problem with the "who are you quoting" meme is it attracts retarded shits like yourself, who insist on playing board police in order to enforce some tribal notion of "quality" built only around conforming to some arbitrary set of /jp/ standards instead of one based around content.

>All images and discussion should pertain to light and visual novels, figures and other otaku paraphernalia, Touhou Project, Vocaloid, doujin works and music, and diverse niche Japanese interests (kigurumi, idols, mahjong, tea).
>This is the appropriate board for the discussion of Japanese visual novels, and light novels without an animated adaptation. Western visual novels should be posted to /vg/, and translated visual novels are fine on either board.

That's joot's rules.

I honestly sympathize with you, but please stop antagonizing the self-appointed board police.

>>13205462
They disappeared due to an overwhelming crackdown by the moderators, featuring ISP bans, mobile posting restrictions, cookie tracking, a wide variety of extra mod tools and a staff member assigned to watch over /jp/. They were certainly not "self-moderated" off the board.

>So, 99.9% of the time?
The first post that got called out in this thread is a classic piece of /jp/ humor. (Yes, it's a meme). However, it's something that a large proportion of the board has historically found humorous and poses absolutely no danger whatsoever of overrunning the board.

In reality, they came because /jp/ had exactly zero moderation. That's not something a regular user can affect one way or another.

This argument was irrelevant years ago anyway.

>The trouble isn't so much that we don't know enough, but it's as if we aren't good enough. The trouble isn't so much that our scientific genius lags behind, but our moral genius lags behind. The great problem facing modern man is that, that the means by which we live have outdistanced the spiritual ends for which we live. So we find ourselves caught in a messed-up world. The problem is with man himself and man's soul. We haven't learned how to be just and honest and kind and true and loving. And that is the basis of our problem. The real problem is that through our scientific genius we've made of the world a neighborhood, but through our moral and spiritual genius we've failed to make of it a brotherhood. And the great danger facing us today is not so much the atomic bomb that was created by physical science. Not so much that atomic bomb that you can put in an aeroplane and drop on the heads of hundreds and thousands of people—as dangerous as that is. But the real danger confronting civilization today is that atomic bomb which lies in the hearts and souls of men, capable of exploding into the vilest of hate and into the most damaging selfishness—that's the atomic bomb that we've got to fear today. Problem is with the men. Within the heart and the souls of men. That is the real basis of our problem.

That's hardly specific to /jp/, they had been doing this on /a/ for years. That's just how they roll.

>a lot of /jp/ humor was retarded spam back then.
Not really. We had to suffer retarded spam, but hardly anyone considered it humor.

Perhaps except the goddamn bird. That one really opened the floodgates.
