I had an idea for a 2hu SRPG, with Alice as the main character and her dolls as troops in a Phantom Brave-esque idea where Alice was a character on the field, and if she died the stage would end.

But I know jack about programming and don't have the time for it right now anyways.

Try the Gensou Shoujo Taisen Series. The games play more like Super Robot Wars than Fire Emblem though.

Touhou God Hand would be incredible. There was one point where I was toying around with a Touhou God Hand-like action game starring Hina. But I never got too far with it because I found out I didn't really enjoy programming too much.
