What is your favorite 2hu household?

Eientei for me, the leaders are the closest to "pure" humans, it's also an isolationist, elitist monarchy that packs the most heat (super lightweight vulcan cannon), and they hold annual exhibition to show how superior they are. Also that Reisen and Eirin's connection to actual Lunarian's military means

Also, the bamboo forest is a pretty ideal place to play hide and seek, in case shit goes down, you can just go innawood with the rabbits and escape.

Mayohiga seems nice, just a cozy little illusionary house home to Yog-Sothoth and Co. (if one goes by the non-canon interpretation. otherwise it's just a dirty village full of cats). Eientei is cool too; the idea of a giant Japanese mansion deep in a mysterious forest is awesome. And then there's Chireiden with a huge underground city and palace on top of a massive nuclear reactor. Huge underground spaces are attractive to me for some reason. I like the Myouren Temple as well because of the Buddhist aesthetic. I guess what I'm saying is I don't really have too much of a favorite but that the SDM is always, ALWAYS a shit.

Altogether, I think they would be fun to live with
By day you would be a grimdark faggot and act like scary Youkai to everyone, for kicks

It's said no humans bother going to Hakurei shrine because it's situated near the barrier and youkai actively seek to challenge the hakurei miko.
The Moriya shrine seeks faith from both humans and youkai, and it's situated IN the youkai mountain so the number of youkai would outnumber human faith-givers.

I'm saying that regardless of how human genetically they are (even this is doubtful in Eirin's case, I'm of the mind that she's Omoikane), they would not be mentally after living for millennia, and, in Kaguya's case, suffering the shock of death many times. Additionally, the Lunarians have extremely advanced technology. Who knows what kind of genetic manipulation/body modification they did to achieve the biological (not Hourai) immortality they are all stated to have. And, regardless of how many youkai hang at the shrine, the only permanent member is Reimu, a human.

The canon reason for the biological immortality the lunarian possess is because they live in the pure land, the moon, not because they modify their body. Eientei also has this pure atmosphere.

Eirin and Kaguya might be weird, but Kaguya already has a human specifically made for her to torture (Mokou), and Eirin is playing the nice doctor now so there's no need for immediate worry unless you wish to rock the boat.

And the fact Reimu is the only permanent member at the shrine is pretty risky too, when she's out to resolve incident, who would be there to protect your ass?

Probably the Yakumos or the Fairies of Light, but since they haven't been mentioned yet, I'll say Yumemi and Chiyuri in their Probability Space Hypervessel. They break through to Gensokyo with the power of science just to do some research, but end up staying because the outside world doesn't want to listen to lectures about danmaku theory.

I like to imagine that they pretend to be continuing developing Yumemi's theory of magic, but that in reality they just fiddle with a few equations once or twice a week and spend the rest of the time taking it easy.
