To explore the ones you mentioned. Certainly sneaking into someones attic sounds fun. I'll be the fun ghost. The one that's scaring shitless at first, but only because it denies the routine, but gradually kid finds it entertaining to listen to this at night and overcomes his fear, so he sneaks into the attic and a fun ghost comedy movie begins. Eventually I make him into a brave and lively kid who's afraid of no ghosts. Beeltlejuice beetlejuice beetlejuice!
And that's only an attic ghost career! I can always move on to something more.

Yes, that is good to see indeed. It helps that Raiko is more of a mentor figure than an equal, so Yatsuhashi and Benben are naturally paired with each other as non-blood related sisters, while no particular pairing really stands out between the Prismrivers.

Give it some time, it took a while before the TD crew really got their distinctive character too. Miko in particular went from "bland and generic final boss with bland and generic spellcards" to "smoothest motherfucker this side of Sanzu River and holy shit is that her bombing you back in Impossible Spell Card" in two games flat. It'll be the sisters' turn soon.

Besides, they really have some potential as a yuri couple. Raiko gets all the attention with her "secretly wants to be beaten on" thing, but Benben and Yatsuhashi are living, breathing musical instruments too, and it's a darn shame there's no art of them, say, playing each other. Can you imagine becoming a sentient biwa and being played by the girl you love? Your wood-carved "face" looking up at her gentle smile as you lie on her lap, her chest just barely touching your mulberry-wood back, her hands moving deftly along your strings as she plays an old song that only the two of you remember?
