It depends on the hair, my sisters have brown hair and the bottom half has gone light brown/blonde from exposure to the sun. My other sister and I have black hair and it stays black even though we see about the same amount of sun as the others(my sister is exposed to the sun more often). It's all about genetics.

I said, I suspect she doesn't retain anything that involves too much muscular memory if she dies. Memories and hair length stay, because there is probably some explanation to it if we read the myphos and eastern take on eternity. Perhaps there is a particular way in which they see hair and memories, so they abide to fairy tale elixir. But flesh - muscles, are left out of such legends.
