This is my 2hu.
She is the youkai of smugness, and she does not have a name because I'm bad with names.
Her hat is a gross basketball with forks in it and she must balance it on her head at all times or she'll die.
She can shoot forks and scissors. She can also shoot hoops, but not with her hat because that would kill her.

I did one a while back.
I made her arm too long and it still annoys me to this day.
She's practically one of those sphinx riddlers, without her being a sphinx. Spellcards are named fter riddles natually and her gimmick bullets are these wide bullets meant to wall you off or some shit.

I hate her fucking arm.
