My Dad is an Otaku

Hello /jp/, i come to you from /b/ in a time of dire need. my father, i believe, is an otaku. when i was 14 i too was an otaku, but when i noticed i became reclusive and got more pussy when i was 13, i stopped watching for a couple years.
im not insulting your lifestyle, its just me and the otaku way are not compatible. but obviously my father is. he has bought 5 anime shirts in a week, when he tells me not to spend my money that i earn from my job on frivolous things such as shirts from hot topic, and he has started replacing English words with Japanese words.
I dont even think he realizes it, but I see the transformation happening before my very eyes. it started as small things, like he was watching "welcome to the NHK" and came in and said "anon, youre a hikikomori!" since i prefer to stay indoors most of the day, and then go to the mall or something to buy some shit and hang out with some acquaintances.
now hes saying AT WORK things like, "oh, youre so kawaii!" to his FUCKING BOSS. if it werent for the fact that his job might hinge on him being a normal productive member of society, i would put up with it. but if he loses his job, then MY carefree lifestyle is ruined.
so please help me, /jp/, i need advice on how to at least slow down the process, preferably to stop it altogether until hes retired and can spend his money on figures and pillow cases and other merchandise.

ya. he is pretty cool. hes allergic to cigarettes or something since my granny has smoked like a stovepipe her whole life, including while pregnant, he gets allergy attacks. but he smokes weed and drinks. and he doesnt like to talk about it but weve tripped a couple times together. he only voluntarily did once, the other times someone expected him to say yes and put the tab in his mouth lol. oh, and it was LSD.
