What program or site do you guys use to download songs from Nico Nico Douga (at least 320 kbps) now that NicoSound and NicoMimi is gone?

What makes something a very rare song? If I record something in my apartment then save the file on my harddrive is it very rare? Or does it have to be desirable in order to become very rare? Like other people somehow knew about it and wanted a copy but couldn't get it.
