Won against Rival. A level 67 Marisa easily swept his whole team. That being said, the legendaries in this game were pretty worthless unless you were using Reimu. Yukari was slow as hell and together with her ability Slack Off it was a nightmare even with save states.

That's what I always thought. From-the-start STAB and money on demand aren't scoff-worthy, but she lacks in raw power compared to Marisa in the long run. The one that actually confuses me is Sakuya, even with her 80% freeze move.

Just to clarify things, the Great Hakurei Border dungeon is an extra end-game dungeon with lots of high level Touhoumons, all 4 legendaries for you to fight anytime. The original Mewtwo/Shinki would be in the Cerulean Cave dungeon.

Exp Share is only for sharing experience with that other Touhoumon. Lucky Egg is the item that boost the amount of experience you received, but its extremely rare even in the original Pokemon games.
That being said, there probably isn't an item that gives the whole party experience unless you make one yourself.

Before that, you have to traverse the 7 islands in search of the Ruby and Sapphire Plate and to kick Team Rocket's asses on Island 5. Just to let you know, you can obtain Reimu, Marisa and Sakuya on the later islands. If you're aching for a challenge, get the Great Hakurei Border patch and try it.
