It is truly magnificent to see the otaku at war and their total discipline. We realize this all the more in a time when the youkai are demonstrating to us the use of their new invention: the nightly feast.

They do not do this because eating isolated humans at night is particularly effective, but because they cannot penetrate the human village during the day. While the otaku take the fight to the youkai day by day, no youkai has managed to get within sight of the human village by daylight.

That is why they come at night and eat whoever they can find. You know it well, indiscriminate eating of human farmers and villagers who have wandered outside of the safety of the village. Wherever they see a human, they feast.

Reimu and her legion of Otaku did not answer for three months because she was of the opinion that they would ultimately stop this nonsense. The youkai perceived this as a weakness. You will surely understand that now the otaku are giving their answer night after night and at an increasing rate!

The hour will come that one of us will crack and it will never be Reimu and her otaku! Should the youkai eat 20 or 30 humans in one night then the otaku will slaughter 200, 300, 400, 500, yes, 1000 youkai in a single night! And should the youkai declare that they will greatly increase their attacks upon the human village then the otaku will purge all youkai from Gensokyo!
