Could you imagine how she would feel being robbed of both her virginity and revenge in the same day? The tears, the anger, the screaming. First lions and tigers (and sharks and crocodiles too) tend to avoid humans, maybe it has to do with the fact that we aren't exactly tasty for them, too little meat, that water buffalo over there though is a much easier and plentiful prey.

Second, the only way we can actually compete with lions and other animals is not because of physical strenght but because we use group tactics and we know how to make things that enhance our ability to kill, spears, bow, guns, you name them.

As far as physical strenght goes we are actually pretty weak, the only physical advantage is our almost ridicoulous endurance when travelling or chasing a prey (and that's mostly because we take our pace while the soon-to-be meal keep running and running expending all it's energy and end up collapsing out of exhaustion).

Though if someone manages to make anti-youkai weapons, mass produce them, arm a sizeable force and strike in unexpected ways...

Humans didn't evolve to wrestle and outmuscle gorillas, that much is obvious so you don't need to mention that we are physically weak. We are losing teeth and getting bigger brains. Our advantage obviously isn't in our muscles. Ancient hunter gatherers knew that they will die if they get hit by something sharp like claws, but they didn't have claws of their own so they invented knives. Then they realized their knives have such short range so they developed spears. In a short matter of time they already can counter any predators that can ever threaten them. In a sense, the human ability to copy an opponent's strengths and use it against them is probably the best predator ability.

We haven't met any real threatening predators now other than each other so we haven't evolved our weaponry beyond ranged weapons. My guess is if we do meet aliums and manage to hold our own long enough we will see massive changes to our technology.

How do you guys feel about Parsee with rather large breasts?
